RETURNING YOUR PURCHASE
We hope you are 100% satisfied with your purchase with LCD KING, however even though all our products are checked via our strict quality assurance policy, unfortunately there can be occasional issues that may arise with the devices. Should you change your mind you have up to 30 days to return it to us or exchange it.
- items should be returned back to us as recieved and in the their original packging. Items cannot be accepted if the original box cannot be returned along with product.
-we kindly ask you retain you proof of delivery untill you return has been handled and you have recieved the refund or exchange has been completed. Please be aware that we are unable to accept responsibility for any returns. - we reserve the right to refuse returns sent back to us that show signs of any damage.
- we do not offer 30 day return option on any sealed devices.
WARANTY CALIMS
All brand new devices come with 2 year manufacturers warranty.
All second hand/refurbished devices 1 year warranty. If a fault occurs in this period of time your device will be repaired or replaced with a device up to the same value.
- we reserve the right to refuse repairs or replacments under warranty for devices that have been involved in accidental damage.
- you will no longer be entitled to a warrently, if our devices are repaired by other companies.
RECEIVING YOUR REFUND/EXCHANGE
Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method only. We aim to refund you within 15 working days of recieving the retuned item.
Please get in touch with customer service and provide proof of return if, after 20 days you have not received your refund or process of your exchange.
